Walking the dogs

Today we did another stretch of the Monarch’s Way. We started by the river Alne near a railway bridge. We then crossed some fields which still had the ridge and furrow markings showing quite prominently. Next we came to Little Alne village and walked through the village then followed a bridle way. Luckily the Monarch’s Way arrows are quite easy to follow and well kept up. In this photo it looks like the sheep are herding up B and Charlie , they certainly followed her right to the footpath gate :-)
