Still there

The Dalma and Andromeda are still hanging about, although they seem to have stopped belching out black smoke for now. They both seem to have missed their scheduled arrival at Hound Point (at least according to the online tracking apps) so what are they waiting for? Is it something to do with the oil price? The current price dipped a little recently but is it worth waiting around in the hope it will go back up again? Or is there some other reason they are hanging about offshore?
