A new physiotherapist visited today, from the NHS at last. She was very helpful and has given me lots of exercises which should help with my balance which has been worrying me.
Her warnings didn’t stop me going outside for my spring blip this afternoon. The wallflowers have been in flower for a few weeks now. They are three years old! The Spanish bluebells are rampant in my garden, and I am unable to get them under control.
