Wrong again

Been pretty OK all week, a fair amount of sun, certainly a whole lot better than forecast. Just cool, but lovely in the sun.

We went out mid morning as the afternoon looked duller (it wasn’t!). . Drove 5mns to Westbourne, parked and walked down Middle Chine (blipped) to the beachfront, then strolled along the seafront. Very pleasant, locals and their dogs.

Received a Whatsapp Prince Philip had died. He looked so haggard and weak when he left hospital, so perhaps not unexpected. Only 2 months away from his 100th. Our poor Queen now finds herself alone.

Back via Westbourne shops and a take-away flat white, just how I like, at ‘Ounce’.

Then home to non-stop TV reporting on Prince Philip. He’ll be missed by most. A charming, witty and interesting personality
