All Down the Line

Back to work this week after two, yes two whole weeks annual leave. Not feeling it!

Not spending much time on Blip, been suffering with terrible repetitive strain injury pain in my upper arms caused by dreadful posture whilst working from home. Ironic really, I am the Healthy Working Lives officer at work and am always harping on about the importance of good posture in my monthly newsletters! Should follow my own advice!
