Daughter called to let me know the manatees were back in the canal and drinking fresh water from the drain across from her house, so I ran over to get a few shots.  Not the best this time of day (morning is better or evening after the sun in down behind the houses), but still neat to see them coming up for a sip of water.  There are two in this shot....
Grandson's wrist is officially broken.....had to have an MRI to confirm it as it's in a small bone not easily seen on xray.  He goes Monday for some special cast and in the meantime has both lower arms/wrists immobilized by splints.  The left wrist has a bone contusion and not sure what they're going to do about that.  He is being positive about it by telling me he can now work on dribbling the basketball with his left hand and improve his ball handling skills while his right wrist heals.   :(
