Salute?

After my much-needed haircut we drove to South Queensferry for a walk along Longcraig Road to Hound Point.

On the way back we saw MV Hopetoun spraying water. We think this may have been a salute to honour Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, whose death had been announced a few minutes earlier. 

A sad day for the nation, we hold Queen Elizabeth and the family in our prayers.
