Busy day

But only mentally.
I took K to hospital for a much needed and waited for operation on his knee. For obvious reasons I wasn’t allowed in so had to leave him at entrance. 
He’s had ops before which iv been able to stay with him until he’s gone down to theatre, so this felt a bit strange.
Although you are only there for support, you’re probably selfishly making yourself feel better until the experts do their thing. 
It’s unbelievable how they do what they do and the hours they put in.
Next, Barney to the vets. He’s been needing to go out at least twice a night, one night 6 times :-((( I’ll spare you the details of his procedure in case anyone reading  this might be eating. 
Anyway, all good in both cases.
Collected husband later in evening, again having to wait outside, but home and settled.
