Lunch time Activism

Universities are the second largest employers of casualised staff after catering. Not great when you are charging £9k a year in fees that you are exploiting postgrads, hourly paid staff and fixed term contracts.
Well we are trying to raise the profile and reduce the exploitation. So this is where I spent lunchtime.
It's a national campaign and our place is far from the worst. But even so work to be done.
Then I spilled food down my front before teaching a "taster session" on our open day.
That really will have made the prospective students wonder what type of staff you get for nine grand.
