Poorly

Been really rough, today wasn't a good day. Started on Wednesday with vomiting and had now decided to exit both ends. Feeling really lowsy and move between my bed and the loo.

Fortunately my camera was lying next to the bed, otherwise I'd be missing a few blips, groan....
