Haus zum Ritter

At the end of the afternoon we had an appointment at the garage to have the summer wheels fitted. Afterwards we took a short trip and walk through Schaffhausen.

Here is the house 'Zum Ritter', which is now a pharmacy. It was also the opportunity to get the Corona self-tests. Since this Tuesday, the whole population in Switzerland can pick up 5 tests every month for free in a pharmacy. We haven't tried them yet. We would prefer the vaccination rate to increase.

To the house itself: The facade of the Haus zum Ritter (knight) features one of the most important Renaissance frescoes north of the Alps. The mural depicts and praises the civil virtues.
