Floating Lichen

A mad weather day, the temperature in the polytunnel was 8 degrees at 9am and then 34 at midday before I opened the sliding polythene covered doors.  It has been pretty frosty overnight - am having to cover the more tender plants with bubble wrap to keep them safe, then remove them first thing so the plants don't get too damp, then check later when it's warm enough to open the polythene doors, and the reverse in the evening.  It's a juggling act for sure, and a learning curve.
