Changeover

I changed this meter ovrr with a mechanical meter today. This is a smartmeter that works on a built in Radio Frequency but is not compatable with our Smartmeter project. This meter has been in for about 9 months and has an average of 100 cubic metres water consumption per month about 13.9 M3 per day.
