Energy Balls

Inspired by LadyFindhorn's blip on 4th April, when she was given a pressie of date and nut balls from her son David and wife Luca.  Actually, looking back at theirs now that mine are made (and almost all eaten)  and here on blip for all to see, theirs look much neater!  I made them with pistachio and almonds and despite their rugged appearance, they were delicious and I'll be making them again.  Thanks LadyFindhorn, David and Luca! 

I also see now that the piece of black velvet we use as a backdrop for some blips (idea from ex-blipper Briocarioca and bought in Rio, where she and HH (her honourable husband) used to live), could do with a wipe down! 

The energy in those balls was all the energy I could muster today, the day after my 1st Covid vaccination.  Luckily, my timetable let me have a quiet day and I only had to mark a few assignments.
