Wood Sorrel

A damp and gloomy morning walk with the spaniel enlightened by finding some beautiful Wood Sorrel down by the woodland stream on the tiny remnant of Newick Common. The flowers are similar to Wood Anemone but the three heart-shaped bright green leaves are quite different.
