Easter bargain or was it

I woke up with a very bad back ache this morning so instead of walking to staines we went by car. Popped into M&S for a chicken for dinner tonight . Then wilko for some seeds and other garden stuff. Had a coffee in the car before driving home 
Once home realised we had no milk so went for a walk and these cakes just jumped into my hand for Alan , amass bar jumped into his. They were reduced so a bargain but was it really as they weren't needed
It has turned so cold again so much so we havent ventured ou into the garden. As we put moss and lawn food down yesterday Alan will have to water the lawn as the promised rain didnt happen 
Video call with Canada and it was good to see all the family as we havent spoken with them since a week last Thursday
