Early Swim

Early morning swim with Fiona. As soothing as always except for my goggle leak. We had a nice mooch and coffee round Blackheath afterwards and fantasised about some charity shop shopping next week. 
Afternoon spent baking. Lemon Drizzle and cinnamon buns. Now a glass of wine while Francis cooks. All very nice.
