Flutterby

We both were feeling the effects of yesterday’s walk so decided to have a quieter day. I managed to get some more jobs done in the attic which was very satisfying.

I needed more plaster for repairs so we popped through to Malton. A good excuse for a walk along the River Derwent. Despite a chill wind it was good to see a number of butterflies flitting about. This one kindly coming to rest on the nettles.
