Frozen Dinner

Well, very proud of myself. Blip all sorted and it's not even 3pm. Yay me! This is a beef stir-fry I whipped up- inspiration courtesy of Mark. I'll probably freeze it and eat it some time in the next seven days before one of my seven night shifts. Shudder.
