Stormy Sunday

We’ve had some rain today and the temperature has dropped considerably, I actually felt cold this morning....it was fantastic! :o)

Cyclone  Seroja will make landfall tonight about 450km to the north of Perth and possibly hit the city of Geraldton or the town of Karatha head on, truly hoping they all survive the onslaught of 150km winds and flooding.  We will get some of the aftermath of wind and rain but not sure how bad that will be yet.

Took Toto to the river once the rain eased late this afternoon and it was totally deserted.  We quickly did our business : ) and got out of there, I took this shot of the East Perth Police compounds strange devices, I think possibly something to do with communications.  Now we’re home and tucked in for the night!
