Coming along

I walked up the village to church this morning, another lovely, bright but cold start to the day. 
Lots of Spring flowers along the way with tulips appearing amongst the daffodils and the first of the cherry blossoms coming into bloom.
The picture on the right was taken on the same tree a week ago, the cold weather has held the blossom back and it’s just starting to open a bit more. The trees on this road always come out before the ones on the road I featured with the daffodils on Thursday. 

We’ve just had a light snow shower and when I went to bed last night there were heavy flakes coming down but nothing has settled though I believe the story is different up on higher ground.
 So good to be in church and see people, zoom has been good but it’s not the same even though we can still only hum the hymns. On Friday we had our last ATN community singing zoom and I know some people are sad about it but it’s good to look forward to some real singing tomorrow all be it in a Marquee! Time to move on.
