Breakfast like a king!

Was out for a wee run with my awesome friend who is training for the Edinburgh marathon this morning and by the time I got back home I was absolutely starving. And thanks to Mr. Howies 'mini' breakfast pack, a wee toasted muffin and some leftover eggs from the wife's baking the other day, I got to breakfast like a king. Sometimes it's important to watch what you eat but equally sometimes you just need to fill your tummy with some scran!

Met the tunnel artist hard at work this morning and was going to ask him if I could take his photo for my blip but thought the better of it. We had a great wee chat about what each piece meant. Looking forward to seeing what his new piece will bring.
