Taveyanne Appearing out of the Snow

The high alpine villages “hibernate” in the winter, in the summer this one has a restaurant and a working farm. Today, the last ski day of the local area, it did not look like the end of the season, there is so much snow still and the forecast is for 40cm of snow in the mountains again. The poor animals and birds must be fed up. At least we are just having torrential rain at our altitude as I type.
