WOODPECKER

This is a recent purchase. Its a Woodpecker balancing  wind rocker garden ornament. 

I was up early today to get ready to watch the football on my computer.  12 noon kick off.  Newcastle were playing away at Burnley.  Every match is a must win match for Newcastle to save them from entering the relegation zone.  It was a bad start for the Magpies as Burnley scored first on the 18th minute.  However Newcastle pulled back a goal on the 59th minute.  And then St Maximin in his first game back after injury scored a great goal for Newcastle on the 64th minute.  Newcastle hung on to the lead to come away with a precious 3 points. They are still just above the relegation zone but are now 6 points ahead of the team below them.  However they do have some tough games ahead so the pressure is still on.

I did a few chores this afternoon and caught up on some TV viewing.  I could really do with getting out in the garden but its been so cold today that I decided that indoor activities were preferable.

Have made a salmon, potato and broccoli bake for my tea.  Its the first time Ive made it.  Hope its tasty.
