Duck on a hot tin roof.

Well the roof is tiled and it is freezing but at least I got the duck.

Mass clear out this morning ( see H’s blip ) then the power tripped.

We’ve had a problem with the socket ring in the kitchen for years... and years.

It trips and we could never pin down why. We’ve had electricians in and they could never track it down. Today I think we found it, Pops was my helper and we found that it seemed to be the dishwasher socket. I took the front off and it was a bit damp. Turns out that when the idiot builders put our sink in then forgot to seal the sink properly. This meant that very occasionally, when vigorously washing up, water would wash over the side of the sink, down the wall into the socket. Then trip....

We’ve sealed it all up, fingers crossed it’s sorted.
