In which: 101
My New Year’s Resolution was to exercise more. 101 days later:
- I’ve done at least 30 minutes exercise every day (often more like 90 minutes)
- I’ve met my move goal every day and am often hitting 800+ active calories
- I’ve met my stand goal every day
- my resting heart rate has dropped to about 55
- I am back in size 12 tops and size 14 trousers look ok though I’d like to get to 12 (I’m much taller than you’d imagine - 5’10, so I’m always going to be larger than most women)
