The day after

We had a wonderful personal Zoom concert by this young man (Alistair Griffin) yesterday.  I have been a fan since he was on Fame Academy in 2003, but had never actually met him before.  He was so friendly and nice and we all got on really well.  His singing was great - he did some of his own songs and also songs like “Chasing Cars”, “Somewhere only we know” and “Rule the World” - in fact all the songs we had requested.

Today is a day to reflect on a lovely time spent with him and with each other.  And to cook a roast dinner and speak to Dad and friends on the phone this afternoon.
