Flowers

Surely a flowerbed can be wacky. 
(I hope, as I am a little unsure of the meaning of the word, despite visits to dictionaries on the internet).
Extra: My husband was on examinations at the large County Hospital. So I had a few hours to expel. Some of the time I spent in a park near the hospital. That is where I saw a larch tree (Larix decidua) with colorful blooming. Exciting, I have never seen this before.
