First day back

Definitely trying to adopt good habits developed over my week off. I started promptly at 9 am with a sub group call and tried to work only on one thing at a time and not have my email switched on all the time. I did well today but finished an hour later than I had planned as I got into a research paper on surface charge effects and was discussing a book we are going to write

However the computer was switched off at 6 pm and I don’t intend to go back on as I need to focus on my back exercises

My eye sight is annoying me, the current pair of glasses are no longer good enough even with the new screen I bought myself. Not sure if the varifocals are going to work might need two pairs ho hum....
