Dining out

I had to get up early and go for a blood test appointment. 
After that I went out for a walk around the nature reserve. Lots to see and hear. 
I finally got a decent photograph of a blackcap (singing away - see extra), but this long-tailed tit contemplating its choice of food is my choice for the day.
On my way back I noticed the pub looked as if it had plenty of safe space in the beer garden so I treated myself to a something to eat and a pint of pale ale in the sunshine.
