Tie an orange Ribbon

I went out Turfing late afternoon to the foreshore and then back along the North Edinburgh cycle path. I had seen this wee sculpture but never stopped to look at it before; not sure what it represents but it looked good in the afternoon sunshine with the bridges behind.
