Duck Confit
Duck confit, Brussels sprouts, mushroom and Urfa chili risotto, and cheddar. Wine: Beckman Grenache 2010.
A delicious dinner and wine. I accidentally added more Urfa chili that I intended to the risotto, so it made it into the description where the thyme did not.
