A Meeting of Great Leaky Minds

The water supply for our garden plots area sprung a leak during the winter.
It's time to get it fixed... lots of consultation today with friends, neighbors and an expert who is a friend of a friend.
A fiber optic camera was snaked down the pipe to localize the digging effort, but it couldn't identify the fault.
The consensus is to rent a machine and dig up the whole length of pipe if necessary..
