Coming down

These trees are coming down, I have looked at these trees since I have lived here in Timaru. I’ve looked at them from my bus as I wait at my town timing stop. They’ve broken up the sharpness of the buildings, and have provided shade in summer, and just as you think they are here to stay, they’ve been been deemed too tall and must come down. What will they be replaced with???
