Edinburgh ho

Another lovely morning.

Angus is away before 9.

Megan and I head into town just after 10 and grab a pastry at the Greek bakery just off Abbeyhill. Then I drop her at Waverley for the train to Aberdeen and then the ferry to Kirkwall.

I treat myself to a shopping trip round Sainsburys at Straiton. Tuesday is a great day for discounted produce and I net fresh asparagus, Cauldron veggie sausages, smoked mackerel.

Almost all meetings are cancelled and rescheduled, so when I get home, I finish my proof reading of the book.
