An unexpected foxy encounter
I'm loving this April weather - a bit chilly but sunshine and hardly any wind.
After a morning in the garden and a quick Tesco top up shop we spent a couple of hours in the afternoon at Moore Nature Reserve. We've not been since last summer and had a lovely time. Even though we only did a short loop taking in a small part of the reserve we saw 35 different species of birds, one rat, umpteen grey squirrels, 4 rabbits and this lovely vixen.
It was right towards the end of our walk and we just turned the corner and there she was in the field looking directly at us. She was a distance away so this has been cropped and is not super sharp, but as I so rarely see foxes, it had to be todays blip.
