Friendly swan

This swan swam all the way across the large pond in my local nature reserve to say hello. Sorry that I didn’t have any duck food for him. Disappointed to miss a sighting of a kingfisher that my companion saw and way too slow with the camera to catch two skylarks who flew up to us singing and landed in the field feet away from us. Maybe tomorrow!
