Preston Bagot

Today we walked by the canal at Preston Bagot. We saw a couple of Narrow boats on the move. This one was just coming through the lock when we went by.

B and I and the dogs stopped off in our little picnic spot in the woodland overlooking the river that we found the other day. We sat by the river and ate a pack of mini chocolate eggs. Yummy :-)

A flash of blue, flying by
I dive, I dart, I catch the fish
If you see me .... make a wish :-)

So, whilst munching on the chocolate I saw a Kingfisher fly past down the river and under the bridge. Just a beautiful flash of blue but quite close to where I was sitting :-)
