The Bumbles

Day 2 of lockdown easing has allowed us to have our first trip away with 'Matilda'. On a beautiful sunny morning we had an easy journey down to one of our favourite sites in Worcestershire. The panoramic views here are as magnificent as ever, weather kind and so good to see our lovely hosts again. We met the new edition to the family, Bert the Border Terrier, a playmate for the ageing Gussie, who tolerates the young 'un and enjoys a game of tug of war with him but is quick to tell him off when he's being too boisterous.

Just realised it's my 3,000 Blip anniversary today and what better way to celebrate it than being in 'Matilda' again. Time just flies when you're having fun! Thanks to all who have been part of my life for the last 8 years, and a little more, it has been a joy to have shared them with you.
