Boxer

A friend is doing a photographic challenge on instagram and asked me to join in. Every day, in April, we have a word to photograph. Today's word is DOG. I don't have a dog (shame) but I do have several dog ornaments. This was designed by the Swedish sculpter Bertil Vallien in the 1960s, it is part of the Boda Kennel Series of dogs from Sweden. It's a flat back, meaning it will sit flat against a wall.
I bought it from the last BBC Antiques fair, held at the NEC, that we went to. Miss those days.
