Raw Like Sushi

I had to nip to the shop for milk for our neighbours. I saw a little box of sushi and thought I'd have it for my dinner. I developed a taste for it when I worked for a Japanese bank in London. We used to go for lunch in Japanese restaurants regularly and we also had sushi chefs from the top restaurants come in to cater our office parties.

This was not from Tokyo's finest, it wasn't even Tesco Finest. About 30 mins after polishing it off, I had to have a fish finger sandwich. I wonder if we could offer that to Japan as a cultural exchange?
