I’ve Cream for Dinner

I dropped off and picked up Shelly at Core Physical Therapy this afternoon. It was his first appointment to help him recover from bursitis of the hip. He went in feeling pretty rum and came out still very sore. We decided we should have afternoon ice cream instead of dinner. Edalene Dairy has very good ice cream. We both had a “single” scoop with two flavors. Huge! We both had chocolate explosion, very rich chocolate. I had caramel apple and Shelly had coconut almond for our second flavors. Yum!
