Was at Js for an hour or so waiting for builders / hard landscapers to come and give advice on his rainwater drains . Not sounding good - likely to be a blocked and broken soak away which will need sorting. Patio and back garden will need digging up! Spoke to usual builder in the evening though and he can do the work . Photo of his (j) cat in her favourite place
