Such a nice night out yesterday with ladies friends.
We skipped Prosecco for red wine and had loads of delicious starters to share between us, sea food mostly.
I really loved the octopus salad with crunchy carrots and celery sticks finely sliced.

So no really hangover swim this morning, in fact I felt even more energised after the workout.

Fermented tofu in soy sauce (I prepared it 2 weeks ago and stored airtight box in the fridge). Stir fried today with little sesame oil.
