It only took a couple of hours at a retail park during the Easter holidays for the novelty of being able to shop again to wear off. It was so busy and I started thinking fondly of lockdown!

On the way back home, I managed to persuade Mr DA to stop for a while on Cocking hill so we could have a look at the very new lambs. I liked the way these two were enjoying the view of the Downs. On our short walk along the South Downs Way, we bumped into a couple from Andover who were walking the route in sections by parking up and walking to a defined point and back each time, thereby doing it twice. We also met a group of girl scouts doing their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition and agreed to do a survey for them online when we got home, as part of their challenge.
