Bluebell hunting
I suggested a walk to a friend for today in which we might see some bluebells. She thought it was a bit early but when we sat down to drink our elevenses, there they were in flower in the sunshine. We had climbed up a really steep hill from Sidmouth up to Salcombe Regis although we didn’t go into the village. Surprisingly we had rain and of course there hadn’t been any at home. An energising walk of 7 miles and my husband managed to fit both the automatic Louvre window openers on my greenhouse which he has been promising to do for quite a while.
