Met my tai chi teacher for a short session on the rec in the village and it was really hot. Needed my sun hat !

Had a call with my friend in Poole-in-Whatfedale who is having a big cancer op tomorrow in Jimmy’s Hospital . She was remarkably calm and I’m just pleased she was given a cancellation slot . I’ve posted her a little ‘care’ package but as I’ve found out she goes in very early tomorrow, I don’t think she will have it in time . But it will be there for when she comes home .
