Change of scene

Today we had a big adventure and went into London. My son is starting to think about University and wanted to scope out UCL and UAL and whilst we couldn’t go in we had a good walk around Bloomsbury/ Kings Cross - not an area we know at all. We had a lovely day out and did lots of walking (trying to stay out of the crowds. ) This pic actually shows UOL but we stopped for a coffee and enjoyed the view.

We took in a couple of small art exhibits in while we were in town including the Rachel Whiteread exhibit - Internal Objects.

I had felt quite anxious about going on the train for the first time in over a year but it all worked out ok. And it was genuinely great to have a change of scene.
