A few blooms

Thank goodness the cactus in the neighborhoods have blooms.  In the desert there is hardly a thing not even wildflowers.  I have never seen it so barren and quite frankly it's very alarming.  With my Lolo walk and my hike today I did 7 miles.  I enjoyed it so much but my body sure does feel it, even with excellent footwear.
