Belated Christmas Gifts

Finally got to catch up with Sal’s mum and her brother James and two of him sons. The last time we saw them was last September.
It was her mum’s 80th birthday so we arrived fully armed with champagne, hand-made choccies and lots of other little gifts.
As we were leaving James passed us our Christmas presents, mine being a six pack of bottled beers and a Thornberry Animal Sanctuary woolly hat! Thornberry was where Holly aka The Grotbag was dumped and where James did some voluntary work. She was discovered tied up and left on the roadside :-/
Both useful presents which I’m taking up to the lakes tomorrow, I will no doubt have to wear the hat at some stage over the weekend.
It was great to see them all (including The Grotbag) again.
